We offer custom embroidery, custom apparel and designs, laser engraving, DTF printing, group orders, and branded merchandise for businesses, organizations, events, and individuals.

Do you require a minimum order?

No, we do not require a minimum order for many of our services. Whether you need one item or a bulk order, we’re happy to help.

How is embroidery pricing calculated?

Embroidery pricing depends on design size, stitch count, garment type, quantity, and whether digitizing is required. Pricing may also vary based on design complexity.

  • Yes, a one-time digitizing fee may apply for new embroidery logos or artwork. This prepares your design for embroidery production.

  • We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, AI, SVG, and other common file formats. If you’re unsure, send the best version you have.

  • Standard processing time is typically 3–7 business days. Bulk or highly customized orders may take 7–14 business days depending on complexity and quantity.

  • Orders may be changed or canceled before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • Yes, we offer quantity discounts for larger orders. Pricing is based on the total value of the order and whether the same design is being used.
