All Rep-Your-Set items are custom-made to order, including embroidery, apparel, and engraved products. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the type of item, order size, and customization requirements.

Processing Time

Standard orders are typically processed within 5- business days, while bulk and custom orders may require 7–14 business days depending on quantity and design complexity.

Shipping Methods

We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express Shipping options at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, order size, and delivery destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Rep-Your-Set is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping seasons. However, we will assist with tracking and support whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, Rep-Your-Set is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Returns & Refund Policy

Because our products are customized specifically for each order, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All custom-made items, including embroidered, printed, engraved, and personalized products, are considered final sale.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Customer-approved design errors

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Resolution Options

Approved claims may qualify for one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (case-by-case only)

Rep-Your-Set reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the issue reported.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may begin and cancellations may no longer be accepted.

Rep-Your-Set is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, mishandling, misuse, or normal wear and tear of custom products.
